10 mm AUTO – nyomtatva

Az első, teljesen (csövet is beleértve, de a rugók kivételével) 3D-fémnyomtatással és lézerszinterezéssel előállított M1911 pisztolyának elkészítője, az amerikai Solid Concepts előrukkolt egy még nagyobb kihívást jelentő 10 mm AUTO kaliberű pisztollyal, a Reason-nel (a szó jelentés: ok, indok). Ez azért láthatóan sok ponton sokkal vastagabb kialakítású fegyver, mint a kis gáznyomáson üzemelő .45 ACP-vel működő elődje.
